Specialised Steel Frame Finish
Step 01
Surface Preparation
All steel frames are sandblasted and cleaned before coating.
Sandblasting
Mill scale, rust and contaminants are removed by abrasive blasting.
Cleaning
Frames are degreased and inspected for surface defects.
Step 02
Primer Coat
A zinc-rich primer is applied for corrosion resistance.
Zinc Primer
Provides a strong bond and long-term rust protection.
Curing
Primer is cured before the topcoat is applied.
Step 03
Colour Application
Your chosen finish is applied by our in-house specialists.
Powder Coat or Patina
Electrostatic powder coating or hand-applied patina techniques.
Quality Inspection
Each frame is checked for coverage, adhesion and consistency.
